Terms & Conditions for Laundry Bags
1. Dry Cleaning Bag: Primohome’s Dry and laundry services caters to delicate fabrics and special garments that require professional care. Using advanced cleaning techniques, we ensure your clothes are returned fresh, spotless, and well-preserved. Please note there is a maximum of 24 pieces allowed. Items exceeding this limit will be charged per piece. Heavy Dresses and Suits are not part of the Dry Cleaning Bag offer and will be charged per piece.
2. Dry Cleaning (Suits) Bag: Primohome’s Dry laundry services caters to delicate fabrics and special garments that require professional care. Using advanced cleaning techniques, we ensure your clothes are returned fresh, spotless, and well-preserved. Please note there is a maximum of 10 pieces allowed i.e. 5 Full Suits.
3. Washing & Ironing Bag: This service provides thorough washing and meticulous ironing, making your clothes look as good as new. Each item is carefully handled, washed, and perfectly ironed, ready for immediate wear. Please note there is a maximum of 24 pieces allowed. Items exceeding this limit will be charged per piece. Items requiring special care like kandura, Abaya, heavy dresses, fancy dresses and suits are not to be included in the Wash & Press bag offer and will be charged per piece.
4. Washing & Folding Bag: Ideal for everyday laundry needs, this service includes washing and neatly folding your garments. It’s perfect for busy individuals who want clean, well-organized clothes without the hassle. Washing and tumble dry, 40 degrees Celsius ( no ironing ). Please note there is a maximum of 40 pieces allowed. Items exceeding this limit will be charged per piece. Items requiring special care like Kandura, Abaya, heavy dresses, fancy dresses and suits are not to be included as the Wash & Fold Bag offer and will be charged per piece.
5. Linens & Towels Bag: Specializing in larger items, this service ensures your linens and towels are hygienically cleaned and returned soft and fluffy. It's an excellent choice for maintaining the freshness of your home textiles.
6. Press Only Bag: For garments that need a professional touch, this service focuses solely on ironing. Each piece is carefully pressed, removing wrinkles and giving your clothes a crisp, polished look. Please note there is a maximum of 24 pieces allowed. Items exceeding this limit will be charged per piece. Items requiring special care like kandura, Abaya, heavy dresses, fancy dresses and suits are not to be included as bag offer and will be charged per piece
All services include at-home collection and are charged per laundry bag, with a maximum of 24 items per bag.
