To identify the damaged or malfunctioning part of the AC system, our technician will conduct a thorough inspection of your AC system and determine the issue. Once Identified the course of correction will be explained to you for your approval.
After the inspection a report will be given to the Primo Supervisor who will create a plan of action for repair & restoration and provide you with a quotation of the costs involved in repairing your AC Unit. If the Quotation is approved the technician will return on a date convenient to you to complete the repairs.
If any malfunctioning parts need to be replaced, Primo will source brand-new parts for your AC Unit.
