Primo Home: General Terms & Conditions:
- The customer agrees that they have read and understood these terms and conditions.
- The Customer must notify Primo of their acceptance of the quote within ten days of the date on the quote using a purchase order by email, phone call, or text message unless an expiry date is specifically noted on the quote in which event the expiry date on the quote takes precedence
- Primo will not accept any damages caused by the materials provided by the client.
- If customers want to postpone, delay or don’t want to have the services they must inform Primo 24 hours before the service schedule if they fail to do it cancellation fee will be applied.
- The customer is responsible to obtain and provide access, services, facilities, permits, approvals or licenses as may be required to perform the work.
- Security, Access, Service charges and approval charges of the community will be charged to the client.
- The customer is responsible for providing electricity & water to perform the above services.
- If Primo is requested to carry out additional services, these will be deemed as a variation and the quotation will be adjusted accordingly.
- Service schedule dates are flexible within 6 working days of the dates specified. Confirmation is required two days in advance of the next service.
- All customers will be scheduled on a first-come-first-served basis.
